Kelly Clarkson has released a response to a bombshell report Rolling Stone He accused the executives of his daytime show of creating a toxic work environment.
The workers complained in the report that they were “bullied and intimidated”, “overworked” and “traumatized” by the show’s “monster” producers. Clarkson was acquitted of unknown conditions.
Clarkson responded to the allegations via Instagram and promised change.
“In my 20 years in the entertainment industry, I’ve always led with my heart and what I believe is right,” he said. wrote in a post shared on Instagram Friday. “I love my team on ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’ and to find that anyone on this show feels unheard and or disrespected is unacceptable.”
Clarkson continued, promising that she “always has been and always will be” to create a “safe and healthy environment” behind the scenes.
“As we prepare to move to the East Coast, I’m more determined than ever to make sure it’s just that. [for] Our team is moving, but [that] Our new team in NY is made up of the best and kindest people in the business.
Clarkson noted that part of that would include “leadership training for all senior staff.”
“There’s always room in any business to make sure and make sure we’re all the best versions of ourselves, especially when it comes to leadership, to make sure we eliminate any notion of toxicity,” the “American Idol” alum added.

The Writers Guild of America has also launched an investigation into the show, according to emails obtained by Rolling Stone.
